How this works
This tracker is self-serve. You add your own characters. The tracker saves your data in this browser, on this device. It sends nothing to a server. No other Free Company member can read it.
The rail
The rail is the column on the left. It lists your characters at the top. It lists the sections below them.
Click a section to open it. Some sections divide into frames. The frame buttons are in the row at the top of the pane. Click a frame button to change what the pane shows.
The rail and the frame buttons stay on the screen. Only the pane scrolls.
Click ‹ at the bottom of the rail to make the rail narrow. Click it again to make the rail wide.
Characters
Click + Add character in the rail. Type a name. Then complete the parts that apply to you. No field is mandatory.
Each browser holds a maximum of 3 characters. To track more than 3 characters, use a second browser. Each browser keeps its own storage. The two sets of data stay separate.
To remove a character, click its name in the rail. Then click Remove character at the top of the pane.
Backups
Click the backup icon at the bottom of the rail. The backup tools open at the top of the pane.
Click Download backup to save a .json file with all of your data. Click Restore from file to load a backup file into the tracker. Use a backup to move to a new device, or to recover data.
WARNING: If you clear the site data of your browser, the browser erases your tracker. Make a backup first.
Routines
A routine is a task that repeats on a reset schedule. The tracker clears each routine at its reset time. All reset times are UTC.
The Routines section has five frames. Daily and Weekly clear on the game's reset clock. Challenge Log holds the 13 challenge categories. Cooldowns holds the tasks that run from your own last click, not from a shared clock. Last completed lists when you last did each one.
Click + Add routine to add your own routine.
MSQ progress
The requires value hides a routine until you reach a point in the main scenario.
Type your MSQ progress in the box next to your character's name. Use a patch number, for example 5.3. If this box is empty, the tracker hides no routine.
Each seeded routine has a requires value. The value comes from the main scenario quest that unlocks the content. It does not come from the patch that released the content. Example: Faux Hollows released in patch 5.3, but it needs the end of Shadowbringers. Therefore it reads 5.0.
You can change or clear any requires value. The tracker never overwrites your value.
The note below each list gives the number of hidden routines. Click Show them to show all routines.
Import from Time Memoria
The Time Memoria plugin sends what you unlocked, quest by quest. After an import, the tracker uses that data and ignores the patch number.
This is more exact, and it applies in both directions. The end of Stormblood no longer shows Eureka content if you never entered Eureka.
An import also hides a routine when you have not unlocked the job it needs. The Masked Carnivale needs Blue Mage. Grand Company turn-ins need a crafting job or a gathering job. This test uses the unlock only. A low level hides nothing.
Cosmic tools
The Cosmic section shows the research data for each crafting class and gathering class. The data comes from a Time Memoria import only. You cannot type it in.
Time Memoria reads the data only when your character is in a Cosmic Exploration zone. The time at the top of the section is the time of that reading. It can be earlier than the export.
For each class, the section shows the tool, its item level, and the next stage. For each data type, it shows the current data, the data that the next upgrade needs, and the shortfall. The data values are cumulative.
Each stage has a storage limit for each data type. When the current data is at the limit, the game does not keep more data of that type until you upgrade the tool.
A class with no research data does not appear in the export. The section lists these classes at the top.
The Red Alerts frame is a reference table. For each zone and weather, it shows each variant, its two regions, and the critical mission for each class. Select a class to show only the variants that include that class.
The Red Alerts frame shows all four zones. To show one zone only, click the frame button with the name of that zone: Sinus Ardorum, Phaenna, Oizys or Auxesia.
The table does not show which Red Alert occurs next. Red Alerts have no fixed schedule, and each world and zone has its own.
The Hunt
The Hunt issues six mark bills each day and six elite mark bills each week, one for each expansion.
The tracker shows each set as one row with six ticks. A tick is grey when your MSQ progress does not reach that expansion.
To show one row for each expansion instead, turn on Give each expansion its own row below the Hunt rows. This setting applies to Daily and Weekly together.
Job levels
The tracker hides a job at level 0. Most players use a few of the 34 jobs.
The note below the list gives the number of hidden jobs. Click Show them to show all jobs. Use this when you unlock a new job and need a field to type in.
A new character has every job at 0. The list therefore starts hidden.
Ocean Fishing
The Ocean Fishing panel is at the bottom of the rail. It is global. It shows the same time for every character.
Registration opens for 15 minutes every 2 hours, at each even UTC hour.
Evercold
The second panel at the bottom of the rail counts down to the 8.0 expansion.
This date is a report. Square Enix has not confirmed it. Square Enix gives the confirmed date at Tokyo Fan Fest on 1 November 2026.
Themes
The tracker has three themes: Poetic, Midnight and Daylight. Click a theme name at the bottom of the rail. Each theme changes the colours and the corner shapes.
Import from Time Memoria
Paste a Time Memoria clipboard export below. It's parsed entirely in this browser — nothing is sent anywhere, same as everywhere else on this site.
